Spinal strength and flexibility, as well as alignment is important to physical well-being, and slow breath and movement benefits both the nervous and immune systems. In your first lesson, you will immediately feel the effects of relaxation, and how in just a few minutes these simple movements ease you into a recuperative state.

Working with injury or some other restriction?

As an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist with more than 15 years of experience, I can help you work from where you are, and adapt your practice to get the benefits.

This is a form of exercise and meditation that can be adapted to many issues, because you slow down to a pace that’s comfortable and effective. It may be directly beneficial, or it may help you adapt to circumstances, and it is often very effective at reducing pain.

You may be concerned about safely going deeper in yoga, looking for ways to protect your spine and joints, if you have current or old injuries. With France you will be looking for ways to work with that and heal, and avoid further damage.
