A 2-Hour Wellness Retreat Take a Pause, Reconnect, and Recharge
Life moves fast, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why I’ve created Time Out to Reset—a 2-hour mini-retreat designed to help you step away from the noise, release tension, and return to your day feeling refreshed and rebalanced.
What to Expect?
- Gentle Movement: Start with yoga poses to release stress and wake up your body.
- Breathwork: Learn simple techniques to calm your mind and reset your energy.
- Meditation: Find stillness and reconnect with yourself through guided meditation.
- Reflection & Intention Setting: End with journaling or quiet reflection to carry your reset into the days ahead.
This session is for everyone—no yoga experience needed. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more present.
When & Where?
- Wednesdays, 1 PM–3 PM: 2nd Week of each month
- Saturdays, 10 AM–12 Noon: 4th Week of each month
