What equipment’s do I need?
✔ A yoga mat is not required. You may need a towel or blanket for under your knees or head. A yoga space where you can be at ease is important. From time to time, we might use a table or a chair to support your body movement.
I am busy with work and other things, Can this fit my schedule?
✔ This course is designed to be flexible for your needs, all you need is to commit to 2 minutes of your time everyday. All other guided practices are 25to 40 minutes and can be viewed and done at the your own pace and time.
Will I see my yoga therapist? Is the class live?
✔ Yes, I will be in a 1:1 session with you and we will work together on your personal program live online. You don’t need to worry about others watching eyes, as we encourage everyone to do their practice in private with the provided recorded classes and guided practice videos.
What if I can’t finish up in 4-weeks?
✔ You may finish it in 2 weeks or in 8 weeks if that is what fits your schedule. It’s not really the pace but the journey of your encounter that is essential. The videos will still be available for you to use.
