You’re in the right place to begin now if you want to achieve a positive outlook and increased mobility, flexibility, and strength in your body over the next four weeks. Living with ease both in your heart and body is found through the breath and gentle movement and it’s your ‘Joy Core Connection’.
That’s why I’ve created this $99- 4-week starter course for you to have all the tools and guidance at your fingertips, including a 60-minute 1:1 lesson with me, Frances Adamson, certified Yoga Therapist.
Learn the basics of working from your breath and body that allows you to calm and heal yourself from the privacy of your own home as it takes place exclusively online.
Inside the program, you’ll work with yoga poses and your breath to learn to activate your ‘joy core’ from your fingertips to your tippy toes.
But in your first steps it’s essential to see where you’re starting from clearly, both physically and mentally, and feel confident in practicing the yoga and breathing, that’s why you’ll work one on one with me for sixty minutes in the first week. During our time together, we will:

I’m a certified Yoga Therapist. I’ve spent helping others heal and thrive within their body and heart through yoga, art, and intuitive techniques.
I created this course to make yoga accessible. Bringing together tools that form a powerful foundation upon which you can use to access the secret to living with ease from the wisdom of your heart.
My experience as a certified Yoga Therapist allows me to have a greater depth of knowledge and skill when it comes to personalizing this practice as you move through the course.

What equipment’s do I need?
✔ A yoga mat is not required. You may need a towel or blanket for under your knees or head. A yoga space where you can be at ease is important. From time to time, we might use a table or a chair to support your body movement.
I am busy with work and other things, Can this fit my schedule?
✔ This course is designed to be flexible for your needs, all you need is to commit to 2 minutes of your time everyday. All other guided practices are 25to 40 minutes and can be viewed and done at the your own pace and time.
Will I see my yoga therapist? Is the class live?
✔ Yes, I will be in a 1:1 session with you and we will work together on your personal program live online. You don’t need to worry about others watching eyes, as we encourage everyone to do their practice in private with the provided recorded classes and guided practice videos.
What if I can’t finish up in 4-weeks?
✔ You may finish it in 2 weeks or in 8 weeks if that is what fits your schedule. It’s not really the pace but the journey of your encounter that is essential. The videos will still be available for you to use.
